We are pleased to announce Sonic Avalanche, a new type of entertainment product consisting of integrated rich media presented in a digital magazine format and delivered as a mobile application for all major smart phones and tablets.
The premiere issue of the Sonic Avalanche magazine app is scheduled for release in early 2012.
Each issue of Sonic Avalanche will showcase exceptional up and coming singer-songwriters, composers, musicians and bands. Artist showcases can include audio, video, images, and text. In addition, the app will include articles and reviews by music industry writers as well as typical app features such as geo-location and more. The content may consist of songs, lyrics, interviews, bios, images, gig schedules, performance snippets (songs or videos) along with fan interaction features including social media links and feeds. Artists will be able to include various links including their primary web site, social links, as well as their preferred sales links.
A very unique and value-added feature is that each showcase can be made available as a separate free-standing app for the artist to update over time and offer for sale or free to their fans.
Our goal is to facilitate the “discovery” process that will enhance the ability of consumers to find artists from around the world and across all genres. In so doing it's our hope that we will help contribute to the artist's ability to fulfill their creative potential and earn a comfortable living from their music.
